Their app sucks. It doesn’t recognize my account, when I shop it doesn’t easily take an address and zip code. I can set up and complete shopping in Safeway Peapod and Amazon in half the time it takes just to sign in on fd

I get what I order but the cooking has become bad. All main course are very spicy and almost uneatable. The food is no longer delivered frozen and arrives all stirred up. You could not recognize lasagna for example. The polenta is so watery that it could be a soup rather than a side dish. Fresh Direct, what happened to you? I am now trying other delivery service.

Lowest quality ever in online food service and below par delivery and cancellation service. Extremely rude staff which made the customer experience terrible. Save your time, money and peace by staying away!

After getting through the initial CoVid panic trying to get an order/delivery in (not really their fault) we have had excellent service from the first order to our recent. We originally started with them mainly because they had a particular seltzer our local supermarket discontinued selling. However, they have great values...so we ordered more. Pricing is very good. Always delivered on time (we choose the 5am-8am delivery). The produce is picture perfect fresh. Frozen foods are very frozen. Lovely bags we aren't additionally charged for. We have the Delivery Pass which has paid for itself and we are only customers a few months. I highly recommend them. They have exceeded our expectations.

Before, during and after the worst of this Pandemic Fresh Direct and Foodkick are a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, we depended on them and were never let down. This drivers and delivery and warehouse employees deserve Presidential Metals of Freedom. They were and are awesome. This is a fabulous company and they do a great job. Anyone complaining ought to try to take care of four kids a grandmother and a dog and try to do everything. This is an essential service.

order never arrived, and i contact customer service, customer service contacts driver and driver says a woman received my order while the order history on website says "package arrived unattended". spent over an hour to get a refund and reorder just to find out they are gonna charge $30 more for the same item. discount must have ended or something. canceled the order immediately. waste of time.

I’m guessing that I’m probably their oldest active customer. My account goes back to 1999 or 2000. I’ve used them over a span of 5 different apartments. This company was once truly innovative. Amazon prime before prime existed. Quality and service was good enough for 15+ years and they were an integral part of the nyc urban experience. Then, like too many companies, their leadership had to start tinkering. Somewhere around 2017 or 18, it all went to hell. I’ve heard that this terrible turn in quality and service was tied to their move from Queens to the Bx. After vowing to never use them again, I still dabbled in their service in 2019 as the experience started to improve - but was never at the point it was back when they had no real competition in the 2000s. Now, with the pandemic in full swing, it is utterly impossible to get a delivery slot - even weeks out. ME. Their longest standing customer. 20 years of faithful dedication to this company. It’s over boys. This pandemic is a litmus test to see which nyc companies sink or swim. You failed and it brings me no joy to state that fact. NYC was better when FD was at its apex. Sadly, CR
