I have been very pleased with the service and harness I have received from The Frenchie Shop. They have been very quick to respond to my request for an exchange and very prompt in organising it. This is my first order with them and have been pleased with the fit of the harness. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

The quality is excellent. Unfortunately, the first bag was too small for our dog. We contacted Ariel and she is shipping us a slightly larger one. Can't wait to get it and try it out.

Ariel from Customer Service was a big help and the reason why I will keep ordering from the Frenchie Shop. My oreder came and nothing fit. I had the best experience with the Frenchie Shop! I ordered the wrong size (my mistake) and they replaced them at no cost after communicating promptly and helping me figure out what I needed. So nice and friendly! And the designs are adorable!! I will definitely be shopping here again in the future!

Purchased the wrong size coats for 3 of my frenchies (yes we have an addiction). After a few emails and correcting the size Frenchie.shop replaced all of them at no costs. Didn't even have to return the ones ordered incorrectly which we will donate to a local shelter. Nothing but good service. Will buy again.

Sherif couldn't have been nicer. I reached out by email and they got right back to me within minutes. My pup's pink winter coat with harness came, and it is beautiful, great quality. It was a bit too small. Sherif said they'd mail me the next size up, no problem. I'd say Frenchie Shop is very professional and kind.

We love our frenchies sweater! It didn’t fit just right, but was probably our measurements plus she’s growing still. But they corrected our order and sent out a new larger sweater to fix the problem, great customer service!
