I sent you 3 emails to return the items. They don’t fit properly. Nobody ever responded

I purchased a Frenchie backpack and it did not work for my Frenchie. The company told me I could return it but they are located in China. The return postage was $48 and change and I waited and waited and waited for months. Finally, the package was marked, returned to sender And returned to me. When I emailed the company about it and what they’re going to do to resolve this problem, they have not responded since. I filed a dispute with my creditor and this company responded to them immediately, but has not responded to my emails. Do not buy anything from this company. Scammed from China.

I I ordered a large and got the small one very disappointed

I didn’t receive everything that I ordered. I was missing one item. The reclining chair. So I contacted customer service and we went back and forth for several email messages. Several !!! They requested a picture of the package that I received. It was a plastic mailing envelope with the 2 small items that I ordered. I did not keep that package once I opened it. I was not able to send them a pic of a package I did not receive. This took 8 full days for customer service to finally agree to send me the missing item. I finally got a response that they would send my that item. It is NOT that hard!!!!

Run from this awful shop !! Order take several weeks IF they come at all !!! Service is ZERO , no help, no tracking, no delivery

Nail sander was useless... didn't work and a complete waste of my money.

Their ‘true essence’ is that their products are coming from China. I have no problem with that but they are definitely tricking people that they are not from China until you get to see from their tracking where it’s coming from. They will also not let you know how long it will take to get shipped before you buy. If you are needing a product for a certain date, forget it… just buy from other shops. It will prolly take a month or more to arrive.

STAY AWAY. This company ships out of China so it will literally take 3 weeks to receive. I ordered a harness and when I 'finally' received it was very poor quality. To return it I would have to ship it back to China at my cost. I complained many times so they said I could just keep the junky harness and pick 2 items that totaled the price of the harness. I did so and it has been 2 weeks and nothing has been shipped nor does customer service provide any pertinent information. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. STAY AWAY
