I ordered a harness for my Frenchie and copied the size from a previous order which as incorrect. Harness arrived as described but too small. I emailed reporting harness was too small and I should’ve ordered large. I asked how do I return item first larger size. There was no issue. I received response promptly and their most generous feedback and response was they would send me large size as a free replacement. Thank you to the support people. Greatly appreciated and look forward to receiving new large harness.

I’d ordered a new winter coat my Frenchie and the little guy was a tad bit larger than I had anticipated. Furthermore, I contacted the company in regarding this matter and quickly received a kind response. My experience with Ariel (company support) was great! Extremely prompt and fast with returning answers and results. This was my first time ordering from Frenchie Shop and I highly recommend this company. Greatly appreciated!!

I am a first time customer and ordered 3 luxury sweaters for my Frenchie but one was too big and when I reached out to ask for an exchange they were very fast in responding and fixing my issue by sending the correct size free from shipping. Ordering from a new company is always scary. The size and quality are very important to me when I am sending presents to my granddaughter and grand dog. I followed the return policy and it worked seamlessly. Thank you for being so responsive. Many companies have cut cost by decreasing customer service which causes buyer to be very unsatisfied.

I am very impressed with this company. They worked with me on measurement with my Frenchie dog and sent a replacement for the item that I had first ordered which I love, everything that I have gotten from them has been great. I sent an email and got a response immediately. Great customer service!
