This order was placed on 9/9. The last scan was on 9/25 and as of 10/21 it has still not been received. Several attempts over the last few weeks have been made to get more information or to issue a credit, but I keep being told it's being investigated.

The hat is made for a child not a dog. Ridiculous and un-useable. Toy was ok but cheaply made

Garbage. Terrible product that does not protect our dogs ears from anything. Cheap, thin, flimsy materials. Return policy is a scam. They ship the products to you from the Los Angeles area, but demand for you to cover the cost to ship returns to China. I wasn’t going to write this review, but they kept sending me reminder emails.

I would give this site zero stars if I could. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. I made a purchase September 6th. I reached out for a status update on October 3 and was told orders take up to 25 business days for delivery. I reached out again last Monday, October 13, requesting a refund and never heard back. The response I received from Ariel with customer service was, “ This email is to confirm that we have received your concern. Please bear with us while we are looking into it, and we will provide you with an update as soon as possible.” Here we are on October 20 and nobody has followed up with me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO REFUND. Tracking # indicates my order has been in Indiana since September 30. it’s now October 20th!! i ordered these items September 6!! DO NOT BUY FROM FRENCHIESHOP.COM. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST ONLINE PURCHASING EXPERIENCES I’VE HAD. I am reaching out to my bank on Monday to dispute the charges to my card.

I have NOT received the order yet. I got it for a lost surgery recovery and it took way too long to arrive. It still has not arrive.

I bought several items, all but 1 item arrived. When I asked Ariel she said the item had been delivered, she confused the order numbers. Frenchie Shop stopped responding to my messages. Luckily I was able to get a refund through my card company when I provided proof of the 2 seperate orders. I’ve never dealt with such a terrible company in my life

I have not received my order, nor did the postal carrier that the company choose update the postal activity for my information. Turns out, this company ,The Frenchie Shop, is straight out of China and ships from China.

Never got product. Reached out to them after wks and wks passed and was told item was shipped. It’s been months now and I still don’t have my order. Don’t order from them
