I still don’t have my order and there is no way to contact you! I will never purchase from you again and will let everyone I know in the Frenchie community to “stay away” from Frenchie.shop

Still waiting for the right size.. if you wanna send back it, the costs are for your own? What a bad company!! Better to order at Sparks! Better quality and service

Ordered a dog costume on September 8, 2025 and it was never delivered or received with tracking info showing it is still in transit?!?

Placed order and was very excited to receive the items. Month and half went by and nothing arrives. Checked tracking and item is not moving. Reached out to customer service and was told it could be up to 28 business days for delivery. Reached out again after that and did not even get a response back. Never received order. Reached out to customer service again. Seriously. What awful shipping time and customer service in addition to loss of funds

An order I had placed a month and a half ago is still not here. What else is there to say?

Terrible customer service, quality of products and it took over a month to arrive. Apparently this is a company based in China. When the package did arrive it came bundled in a plastic bag with clear tape wrapped around it and the items were just stuffed inside. Tried to return the items for a refund but they said they don’t do refunds. I would not recommend buying from this company.
