I found the perfect raincoat for my French bulldog and because he’s smaller than most I ordered the wrong size. Seeing that I was reordering a larger size, “they” emailed me right away to say that I could have the new one free of charge!?! WHAT??? Are you kidding??? I hate to return things so will donate my too small one to a friend with a small dog. 😊
