Just ordered the dog carrier backpack. It fits my Frenchie perfect & comfortable to wear. FYI, it does take a little time to get, but it was worth the wait.

I ordered the wrong size for my fur baby, I contacted the company and they helped me measure my dog and sent me the appropriate size at no cost. Best costumer service ever. I offered to send back the old one and they said no need to do that!. Im a new frenchie mom tIt was completely my fault on the wrong size. I don't have to wait in line to mail back. Im definitely shopping more with this company. Thank you for your understanding and patience with me.

The customer service was good, I bought a raincoat for my baby and it was too large, I like the quality but the size chart on that website is not very accurate. They were willing to exchange for me for free. But the shipping is slow, buy it if you can bare with it.

I emailed them about wanting a return because sizing was off- and they sent me the correct size for free! Customer service was great and responded quickly. However, sizing is definitely off on everything, measure accordingly (my 6 month old frenchie needed an X-Large in one jacket, but a medium in another was way too big). Shipping was quicker than I anticipated since they were shipping from China- about a week!

Hi I would like to know where my order is coming from and how long it normally will take for shipping ?

I’m honestly very surprised. I ordered an item in the beginning of December and just received it today. After reading the reviews I thought I definitely got scammed. But my order actually came and it’s very good quality. Although shipping took a little over 2 weeks

I ordered a dog coat for my french bulldog as the weather has turned cold in the UK. It looked lovely in the pictures & when it arrived I was surprisingly over the moon. Beautiful quality materials, & a perfect fit. Well made too. A star lost because unfortunately it took 21 says to arrive. I didnt get the delivery updates by mobile that I requested either. Company is not located in London as stated, rather Hong Kong. Great product, just very slow to arrive.
