I wish I could give a negative star. Awful customer service. I ordered in Feb 2025. I received my item in March. Products would not work for my dog. I asked to return. They gave me an address. I spent $50 to return. I received the item back in November 2025! I contacted to find out what is going on. After sending screenshots of my previous commutation with them, they quit responding. I am out almost $200! I am still trying to contact them to see about getting a refund. Awful service. Do not buy from them!

Absolutely terrible dont ever buy from them First off took all measurements then place the order. That shows up missing product plus to small 30 emails later finally get a replacement sent for sizing issue but low and behold never did get my missing product I feel it's just a scam from a overseas company Just run away avoid at all cost

This was my first time ordering from Frenchie.shop. It took a long time to get my order because it came from China. It took about a week to get through customs once it got to the U.S. I ordered a jacket in a size large according to the size chart. Unfortunately I could not even zip the jacket it was so small. When I reached out to return it no one replied. There is no phone number or customer service. I ended up having to keep a jacket that does not fit my dog. Save yourself time and money and do not order from this website.

I ordered The wrong size and requested a refund. For almost 3 weeks we have gone back and forth thru emails of them trying to get me to accept a replacement instead. I’ve told them 3 times what size to send and they just respond with more questions and delay making any progress

The item arrived quite compressed and has not regained the shape depicted in the product image. Additionally, it emits an unusual chemical odor, which is unpleasant and even deters our dog. Furthermore, the quality appears to be subpar, especially considering the price we paid, and it does not resemble the item shown in the photographs. Email reply takes days or a week and didn't listen to what we requested about refund etc. Surely they just care to make money and not about the wellbeing of the animals or about a good experience to the customer.

I have not received my order, I am still waiting for customer service to respond.
