I bought a really nice winter coat for my French Bulldog, but unfortunately it was too big for him. It is usually very hard to shop for him but the customer support at the shop made it really easy for me. I did not have to send back the item I ordered instead they send me a new coat in a different size free of charge. The communication was very easy and courteous! I will definitely come back to shop for more. Customer service aside - the quality and the look of the winter coat is really good! It will keep my doggo warm and comfy during the winter month. I ordered two sweaters for my two male frenchies. The large Pendi luxury fit & looks well. The Pendi winter cloth sweater fit like a small size for our slightly smaller male frenchie even though I ordered medium. The Frenchie Shop is making things right by telling us that they would send a large that we fully expect to fit. Impressive customer service!
