I found frenchie shop online and ordered some pretty awesome clothing for my dear puppy. Unfortunately on my end I choose the wrong sizing for my pet. I reached out to their customer service department and was able to get a response within minutes of me emailing them. I was happy when they said there will be no problem with exchanging the clothing to the right size. Zero hassle and such a relief my dog will get the correct sizing. The carrier backpack is well made w quality materials. It unzips completely on both sides to help you get your pooch into the carrier, has a latch to latch to pups harness and Velcro’s closed as well. I have several carriers but chose this one because it’s the only one I’ve found that frees her legs too. Had to exchange for large from XL but customer service was great and quick to respond.

Frenchie store has everything what you need. I ordered great set of harness, collar and leash. I had to replace harness for smaller size and customer service was amazing how fast they solved my problem. They respond for my email immediately. They really care about their customers. I will definitely order again. Thank you!

I ordered my Frenchie a coat that was too small. I emailed the customer service and had a response within 10 minutes. They sourced me a new coat that will fit and sent it to me immediately.
