The communication was quick and effective. Even though I had measured my Frenchie, the harness that arrived was too small. Frenchie shop didn't hesitate to send me a new one, free of charge and trusted me when I advised them.

I ordered a large harness for our Frenchie. They tend to run large so we needed to exchange for a medium. They requested we take 3 different measurements to confirm the new size and handled the exchange quickly.

Customer service was great. Very responsive and helpful. The disappointment was my package taking several weeks to arrive and what I ordered was not the correct size and now I have to wait another several weeks. Very happy that they are willing to replace my item for free.

I ordered a dog collar, shirt and harness. All beautiful colors and material. But the collar was small and I contacted someone to help me an they were very helpful. The shipping does take awhile, think mine took 14days.(from CHINA).

The item I ordered arride too small but after a couple of emails this issue was resolved, the customer service team were very helpful, the quality of the item was excellent albeit too small. That item will now be donated to our local dog charity who will get use from it

Love their customer service! I ordered products that were too small and they were very helpful and responsive in helping me resolve this. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because my frenchie massive and there are many of the items that do not seem to come in his size.
