The harness slips and is not functional as advertised. Took almost 4 weeks to arrive and is simple not worth the hassle of returning it. I will be posting this on social media for other to beware

Order placed 11/20/25. Xmas gift!!! 40 days later ( missed Xmas) Am told shipment lost. I asked for refund AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK !!! Crooks 😡😡😡

My order took a very long time to arrive. Items were missing from my order and when I notified Frenchie Shop, they told me to wait while they research the issue. It’s been more than 2 weeks of waiting. I just want to get a refund for the mistake, do a return and get a refund for the items that I did receive.

I placed an order over a month before Christmas and a week after Christmas it's still not here

It took over a month for the product to finally be delivered, which was the wrong size and poor quality. I needed a life saver jacket for my French on a Thanksgiving holiday which included kayaking. The item that I ordered was not delivered until well after we were back from our trip. When I contacted “the Frenchie shop “, they replied that it was over 14 days since the item was delivered, and therefore unreturnable. Because the item was not delivered in time, I purchased a similar item at my local pet store. I would never use them ever again. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Orders are impossible to track and take many weeks to deliver. Do not order from them.

Item came way too small I reached out to the company on numerous occasions for return. No response please do not order from this company as they do not respond.

I would never order from this shop again. I did not get what I ordered but they claim I did. It cost more to return it than the refund would be. Do not waste your money. If I could give zero I would. Now they keep asking for more information so they can better help me. I just sent them the same information for the second time. How much more information do you need. Just get me the shoes I ordered
