We already ordered more than once with the Frenchie Shop and the quality of the materials is always high. On my last order one of the harness was small for my dog and they promptly helped with the exchange procedure. They offered a one time free replacement which was a nice surprise. I just want to thank to Ariel for supporting and helping us with everything.

I ordered a harness for my frenchie and even though I measured her, it still ended up being too big on her. I emailed the store and they went above and beyond and offered to send me a smaller harness free of charge and did not even expect me to send mine back. I will definitely shop here again. The customer service was super fast and they have full intentions on satisfying their customers. Thank you so much :)

Always a great experience when I order from Frenchie Shop! The products are quality and get here in a timely fashion. The one time I needed to exchange a product, they made it quick and easy.

I’ve loved this company for years but they were extra accommodating when it came to a return I had to make recently. Unfortunately my dog needs a size right between 2 sizes and though they offered a free replacement for another item of the same value, I kept running into his size issue. Not their fault- he’s a weirdo and this happens everywhere! They processed the return for me right away when I requested that instead of a replacement. Fast communication, fast fixes, wonderful customer service.

Over the years I’ve purchased many products from the Frenchie Shop and always been happy with the quality and style. Recently I accidentally ordered an incorrect size and for the first time I had to contact their support team for a return. I cannot tell you how delighted I was by the level of responsiveness and service! They are a quality operation!

Wow, what great customer service! I received my harness and it was a but too small for my Frenchie. They worked with me to get a perfect fit. Quality products, i love the collar and the leash, both well made . Classy company

The harness I ordered for my frenchie was of great quality and exactly as advertised, but I ordered it in the wrong size. Customer service was extremely fast to respond and ship out a replacement in the correct size. I felt great support, would order from them again!
