I ordered a backpack for my frenchie which was beautifully made and the right size, but because he has some issues with his back legs it did not work well for him. I asked if I could please return it for another model where his legs would be out. Customer service responded right away to tell me that not only are they replacing the backpack with the other model, but they are giving me a one time free replacement, which was totally unexpected. I want to thank the staff of customer service for their help and I will certainly continue to order their products and recommend them.

I made a mistake on my order. I received what I ordered but I ordered the wrong size. I emailed about the issue and they took care of it straight away.

I ordered a backpack for my frenchie. After measuring him we ordered a medium. However once we tried to get him in the bag it was clear we needed a larger size to accommodate a bit of wriggle room! I contacted the customer service team who understood my problem and quickly told me they’d send out a replacement at the correct size! I was really pleased with their helpfulness and would certainly buy from them again in future. Thanks Frenchie Shop! 🐶
