The Frenchie Shop has excellent quality products that fit our fur baby beautifully. For 3 separate questions (sizing, tracking #, & exchange), Sharif, was our customer service representative and responded to my e-mails quickly and professionally. I couldn’t get the tracking # to work so they sent a tracking link that worked great. It’s an independent company and not Amazon (with super fast delivery), so understandably it does take a little time to process & ship. But it took just as long if not longer to get my purchases from Macys & DSW. I was assured that a larger sized vest would be on its way ASAP at no extra cost for this order. I highly recommend the Frenchie Shop, and can’t wait till it’s time to get him one of those adorable sweaters.  My personal advise for the coolify summer cooling vest (the one that looks like a T-shirt), I would go up a size b/c this specific material doesn’t stretch. Thank you Sharif, and the Frenchie Shop for making this a very pleasant shopping experience.

I have never dealt with a company with such spectacular customer service and high quality products! My Frenchies love their no-pull leashes from Frenchie.shop! They no longer roll around on the floor to try and remove them. I made a miscalculation on the sizing for the youngest one, and this excellent company is sending me the correct size at no cost! Simply amazing! My new company for life!!

I ordered an item in the wrong size. The customer service that I received went above and beyond. They responded to me immediately, they were friendly, helpful, and agreed to send me the correct size without having to send back the previous item and free of charge. Plus everything that I have ordered from them I love. Most importantly their items have made my Frenchie happy!

Really love this harness. It protects my baby's sensitive neck and the handle is useful for lifting him up a few steps. Strong and good quality material. With his name on the side, he is really beautiful.
