I had a fantastic customer service experience with the Frenchie Shop! I ordered a Frenchie Backpack in a medium and it was too small for my Frenchie. The quality of the product was excellent so I reached out to customer service about getting a replacement in a larger size. Sharif from customer service responded to my request immediately and offered to replace the backpack with a larger size at no cost. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and responsiveness and will definitely order from the Frenchie Shop again. Love their products!

Ordered a no pull harness for my Frenchie and it was too small. Love the product. Contacted them via email and they responded quickly. They are shipping a larger harness out to me with no problem. Customer service has been great so far!! Will order from them again!

I'm happy with the outcome of my purchase from Frenchie Shop. Bought a backpack which didn't fit and after some initial push back, a new backpack was sent free of charge. The new backpack hasn't arrived yet but the quality of the smaller one is there to see.
