I purchased a coat for my French Bulldog. Delivery was quick and the item arrived and was exactly as described. Unfortunately it was too small for my dog so I reached out to see if I could make a return. The customer services were excellent, I couldn’t have expected better, they offered to replace the coat free of charge with amended measurements. This has restored my faith in kindness.

I ordered a hiking backpack for my Frenchie. I was between sizes and picked medium. It was too small. When I contacted the company they graciously offered to send a replacement in the next size up! I’m so grateful. Now we can take our little man hiking with us when he tires out!! Thanks Frenchie Shop!!

Thank you Ariel! Although the sizes were too small for my Frenchie, they immediately made it right and are sending me the appropriate sizes. Excellent customer service and they stand behind their products.

Great clothes for dogs

Everything in white that I ordered for this company came in on Mark. The only problem they had was a dinosaur rain jacket. It was too small for my dogs head however, my French bulldog once I gave him the correct measurements they’ve sent me out the correct raincoat for my dog free of charge. I would highly recommend this company. I will be using them again, their products are on mark and I really appreciate their customer service

I love these products! Plus, their customer service makes exchanges very easy!

Positive Returns Experience I ordered the wrong size harness. I emailed Customer Service. They emailed back the next day and sent me a return label. Once they received my return within a week - they emailed me a store credit. I just ordered the correct size. Excellent Quality :)

Great customer service.
