I ordered 2 items for my Frenchies. One of them didn’t fit. They were very responsive and offered to exchange my product. The only reason for the 4 star rating is I haven’t received the new product yet. It’s not late, just in transit. I’ll update when it arrives.

I ordered 2x coats as I have 2 Frenchies nearly the same size. The size that came was far too big, (3xl) despite thinking I had measured them correctly. I reached out to support and received a really quick response from Sharif, offering to send replacements with no hassle to me & another guide. I can’t wait to get the replacements as the quality of the coats I did receive are lovely. Thankyou Sharif for your help! 🙂great customer service. Would raise to 5 star once the new coats come through

Well i had a learning experience that not all sweaters will fit my dog. But when I got in touch with customer support they walked me through exactly what I needed and sent them out the very next day. This is why I like to purchase from this company is the customer service and the quality of the products. The shipping and tracking of the products could improve.

I had ordered a L going by the size chart and it’s too snug for my girl. I contacted customer service and they responded back right away and are replacing this coat for the next size up without any charge or having to send back the original coat! I’m very pleased with their solution to this matter

The sizing seems to be off on their doggie clothes but the Frenchie Shop will fix the issue if you reach out. They are very quick to respond and very friendly. Fingers crossed that my Frankie will be styling soon in his replacement jacket.
