I had ordered the wrong size for my frenchie and I sent a email out and asked how do I return the item and get a bigger size and Ariel got the email and told me that she would send me the correct size and sent me a picture on how to size my frenchie and that once I got him size send her the correct measurements and that she would send me out another. I thought that was really nice of her to go out of her way to help me with that. Thank you so much Ariel

I ordered the wrong size by accident and when I contact customer support about it they said they would send the right size for free. Great customer service. A great company to work with. Will update review about item soon.

I needed a new size for the coat I initially ordered, and the customer service was quick to respond and very helpful! I also was sent a new coat in a better size with no additional fee. Pleased with the service and looking forward to the better fit coat for my dog.

The Frenchie shop has very good customer service. I had made an order of two different items and by my mistake I measured my dog with the wrong sizes. I contacted the Frenchie Shop by email and I had a response back that same day from them offering to replace my full order with the correct sizes at no cost to me without mailing my original items back to them. I had a great experience with Frenchie Shop. Purchasing was easy and the product received was just as it was described online. I ordered a harness, but unfortunately I did not order the correct size as it was just a little too big. I emailed them to inquire about exchanging for a smaller size and got a response within an hour. They let me know they would send along a new one without having to return the one I got as long as I provided his measurements and wrote a review. I was happy with that and will definitely order from them again!
