Received my Dogs harness and lead and unfortunately was to small after sending an email to the company they replied straight away and are going to send a replacement very good communication

I recently ordered the shark bed (which is a fantastic product) however it came in the wrong size.. I reached out to customer service and they promptly replied with a solution..That they would send me the correct size free of charge without having to return the original order.. I will definitely be back for more products! Lisa

I have ordered several items from The Frenchie Shop and the product quality is exceptional. I ordered two Christmas Sweaters for my Two frenchies and mid- calculated their sizes. Customer Service was excellent. I sent them my boys measurements and they helped me pick the correct size and shipped a replacement item quickly! Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 washable diapers in the same size, however one was too big. I emailed customer service and asked about an exchange and they agreed to send me a replacement. Great customer service. And the washable diaper is great too!!
