The customer service has been incredible. Not only does this shop make lovely products, but it also was very quick to help me find a better size for my dog!

Sherif and the team have been absolutely amazing and accommodating. I ordered the wrong size and their fast communication and policy on returns is 10/10.

We ordered the harness, leash & collar for our Frenchie Lou. They are all very high quality however the harness was too big for our Lou. I emailed customer service and they were very helpful and agreed to send a smaller size.

I have received an order where the items of clothing seemed extremely small for my Frenchie. I contacted this company and Sherif could not have been more helpful or quick to rectify my problem. Marvelous service! Would definitely order from them again.

They had amazing customer service! I reached out because I wasn’t sure when my items would be shipped. They responded right away and provided me wit a tracking number. The clothes are great and the material is quality, but some of them ran big and some of them small. The best thing to do is measure your dog and go off the size chart before selecting a size. I had to do an exchange but the exchange process was easy. The representative shipped the correct size the next day. I’ll give the frenchie shopping experience a 10/10. Highly Recommend! =)

They have wonderful customer service, I ordered wrong size & they are shutout a replacement with out sending other one day.

I had ordered M backpack for my Frenchie who is 5 month old going by the size chart and it turned out to be quite tight when the backpack arrived (in the meantime our puppy also became bigger for +1.5 kilos). I contacted customer service and they responded very fast and suggested to replace the backpack for the next size without any charge or having to send the M size backpack back - as a one off deal! I’m very pleased with their solution and eager to receive the L size backpack soon.
