CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

I ordered the wrong size for 3 bulldogs outfits and they are sending me back the right size without having to return the one with the wrong size

I can’t express how amazing their customer service is. None of the items I bought were a good fit for my Frenchie and Ariel really helped me find a solution. She was really helpful, nice and quick to respond.

Ordered a coat from frenchie shop, unfortunately it was too small even though XL2, but the guys at Frenchie Shop have been nothing but excellent in their customer service, have arranged a replacement item and through the whole process have been absolutely brilliant and very helpful.

Really helpful to find the perfect fitting garment for my frenchie

absolutely fabulous customer sevice! I ordered a jacket that would not fit my frenchie, and the customer service department went over and above to assist me in finding one that would fit her and expedite the item to me! Absolute pleasure to deal with! 5 Stars, definitely reccommend!

i got my frenchie parka coat just in time for christmas. unfortunately it didn't fit my large frenchie. i contacted customer service and they did a wonderful job replacing it with the right size. no hassles. no questions. thry just wanted to make it right. Awesome. it was a christmas gift and hassle free returns/repalcements from online can be difficult but The Frenchie Shop knocked it out of the park. thanks again
