I accidentally ordered the wrong size and contacted them. Got a quick response and helped me! I sent the right measurements and they sent me a replacement free of charge!! I’m so grateful for their understanding. It was my mistake and they did not hesitate to send me a replacement. Great quality boots and they fit perfect on my frenchie!

I ordered a step in harness for my Frenchie. Upon arrival we realized one of the buckles were on backwards and would twist when we put it on. I reached out to customer service and Ariel was quick to respond and sent me a new harness.
