Great choice of apparels and paw wear for frenchies! We ordered winter booths, it took a long time to receive but the problem was Chinese New Year holiday. When we received the product we found that they were too big. We had followed the measuring instruction but should have been more accurate... We contacted Frenchie shop and they were very responsive in dispatching a smaller size at no extra cost! Thank you Frenchie.shop for your attention and excellent customer service!

I really loved the snowsuit for the frenchies, but unfortunately their largest size did not fit my little guy. Customer service was accommodating in helping me find a different item for a one time free of charge exchange. Although I didn't get the item I wanted for my frenchie, I was happy with the timely customer service resolution.
