Highly recommend the Frenchie.shop! The best customer service I have received from a shop. I ordered the wrong size and they quickly shipped out the correct size for my pup- Amazing communication. Not to mention, I just love the hoodie! Great quality, so soft, true to size and my dog looks completely amazing in it. They have me as a customer for life.

Ordered an item for our frenchie. Was wrong size. Contacted customer service. They offered to replace with correct size for free. Can’t wait to get the new outfit.

What a great first experience I had with the Frenchie shop. Some of the things I bought didn’t fit my Frenchie and they were kind enough to help me figure out a replacement. Great customer service!

I had ordered a coat for our Frenchy however I gave them the incorrect size and they were above and beyond with helping me get the correct size and they are replacing it and I'm in the US. I highly recommend them because not all company's are honest. Customer service is excellent! Mark & Barbara
