I ordered the wrong size for Gizmo. I contacted customer service and received a prompted notification and response from Sherif, who advised me that a replacement of the correct size will be shipped soon after. Hip Hip hooray, Gizmo's ears will be protected and I won't have to dry off a soggy puppy. He loves the rain!!!

Extremely good quality sweater! I was shocked when it arrived. It feels better than most human sweaters! I got the size incorrect but the company was very helpful and prompt with the size exchange. I will definitely shop here again.
