Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. They sent my order to the wrong address and then refused to refund me for their error because the order had been “delivered”. Stay away from this retailer. It isn’t worth the stress.

Do not order from this company
Still have not received items after waiting a month. Have asked twice to cancel my order and have been ignored. Horrible

Two months, no product. Scam alert.
I ordered items at the end of November to be given as Christmas presents, it is now the end of January. I have received nothing but an email, in December, assuring me that my items would arrive for Christmas. I am pretty sure that this business just stole money from me, as I have received nothing in return. Do not do business with them. This business is a scam.

Hello Jennifer, We have checked the order number you provided and it seems you have purchased to a different seller. The order number 15174 belongs to a different name and an different email that was placed October of 2019. Please check your order confirmation to see to which vendor this was purchased. We apologize for this since Trust Pilot is not checking the authenticity of the comments making their integrity questionable.

my item has arrived after 5 weeks. sizing totally different than original measures on their website. Try to replace item if you had to wait 5 weeks for it? $50 blown off

Buyer Beware Very Poor Service - Slow Delivery
Buyer beware - Very Poor Service - And product will take 3-4 weeks for delivery. This company although listed with a local London, UK address on it's website is not shipping from the UK. Merchandise actually comes from China. After I placed my order and I asked about the delivery times I was told it was several weeks so I asked to cancel my order. Several emails were sent and my request repeatedly was ignored. I was eventually contacted to say, sorry we can't cancel because the merchandise has gone out, despite my constant chasing to refund and cancel. They clearly figured if they ignored my messages long enough they could just use the excuse that it had gone out. Now I've been made to wait the 3-4 weeks for product delivery via a slow freight from Asia which is unnaceptable. I will never recommend and will never buy from Frenchie.shop again. Same products could have been bought elsewhere with better customer service, faster delivery and easier returns policy and now I'm even finding that the same products were cheaper locally.
