My frenchies are soooo comfortable and visible in the new reflective harness!! I was replacing a couple harnesses and found these online. When I received the two harnesses one was too big. The frenchie shop customer service was quick to set up an exchange to get me the proper size and VERY helpful with the communication. I love the harness and the customer service. I order many items for my French bull dogs and this has been one of my best purchases. Good quality and a good value. Thank you!!

I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from the Frenchie Shop. I ordered a harness based on size guidelines but it did not fit. I emailed customer service and they promptly responded. They also felt I ordered the right size but sent me a smaller size to try. Ariel was the customer service agent that helped me.
