Emailed customer support as the item I bought was too small for my Frenchie. I was immediately advised to keep the wrong sized item and the correct size would be forwarded. Great customer support experience.

I love all the products. I ordered a harness set and it came and was too small, strange because I measured my dog. Emailed the company. A free one sent within ah hour. Exceptional customer service. My boy is going to look so cute in his new harness!

I inadvertently ordered the wrong size harness. Frenchie shop was very accommodating in replacing the harness in the right size and i didnt have to return the incorrect size. I would definitely buy from then again
