I had ordered winter coats for my 2 Frenchies. Even with my measurements, the 2 coats did not fit. I reached out to Customer Service. Sherif apologized for the inconvenience and requested I provide pictures of the coats received as well as pictures of the coats on my puppies to show they did not fit them. I was offered a replacement order as it is not cost effective to exchange the coats. I requested pajamas as replacement. Sherif was responsive to my emails. I look forward to receiving my replacement order. Please note that shipping does take awhile.

Products are great and adapted well to the French bulldog breed. My sizing problem was handled by Ariel with the utmost care. Products do take some time to ship, but they are worth waiting for. Thank You!

Der Frenchie Shop hat sehr viele tolle Produkte für die Bullys! In meiner Bestellung hat ein warmer Mantel gefehlt, nachdem ich mich an den Service gewendet habe, wird mir dieser durch einen anderen ersetzt! Super! Danke dafür!

The product was high quality but took longer than I thought it would. Having a cold snap and no coat for our frenchie-- my fault also I should have ordered the bigger size-- but didn't want it to be to big-- now I know! Thank you for all your help. Will donate the other coat to a shelter.

Ich habe 2 Pullover in der selben Größe bestellt. Leider ist einer davon viel zu klein. Trotz ausmessen und Vergleich mit Maßangaben. Es lohnt sich im Zweifelsfall eine Nummer größer zu nehmen. Ich habe eine schlanke Bullydame und benötige XXL für sie. Sonst habe ich Größe L für sie. Auf Anfrage nach Umtausch wird erst nach Öffnung des Käuferschutz bei PayPal geantwortet. Sie schicken mir den Pullover eine Nummer größer, sobald ich hier eine Bewertung abgegeben habe. Nun hoffe ich die Ware kommt an. Die Pullis selbst sind gut verarbeitet und sehen schön aus.
