I've had a few bad experiences here, and sizing was one of them.. Plus the slow delivery. They recovered well though with replacing the small sized sweater I ordered. I wasn't very happy about the hacker/scammer person that got into their system. Idk what is going on with that. I think customer info was taken. I think they are trying to be a good company but I see a lot of 'slow delivery' and 'bad sizing' in the reviews and I can definitely agree. Clean up the business guys! It's such a great site aside from these problems.

Sizing is hit or miss and can vary differently from one item to another, quality does not seem like it will last for any measurable period of time other than on dogs that just sit around the house all day. They did offer a free replacement on one of the items that was sized wrong, which is why they get 3 stars. They present themselves on their website as a UK based company, but based on so many of the reviews here that's probably not where they operate out of. They say shipping is 7-21 business days expect at least 21 (ordered 10/3 - arrived 10/29) since in my experience it all comes directly from China ... doubt they have much if anything at all in their "US Warehouses".

Qualche anno fa ordinai una pettorina che uso ancora oggi, a dir poco ottima, sia nel estetica che nella qualità, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Dieci giorni fa ho fatto un altro ordine di un altra pettorina e una t-shirt da donna per la mia compagna, la pettorina non ha nulla a che vedere con quella acquistata anni fa, sembra una cinesata, oltretutto a parità di prezzo questa volta non era incluso il "laccio", cosa molto scomoda. La maglietta taglia M è enorme e me ne sono arrivate due invece di una di due diversi materiali ma con la stessa stampa. Boh non mi ha convinto sta volta, non so se oridnerei di nuovo, peccato

Absolutely love the shark life vest . My pup was a little weirded out by it at first, but once he figured it out he loved it. Also let a friend borrow it because they said their dog wouldn't swim, believe it or not with the life jacket he felt much more comfortable in the water and was swimming all around. Would definitely recommend and how could you not love the fin?!?

Goods took ages to come from China , no paper work and a problem when you return, awaiting refund

The products from this company are good quality and my little baby loves them. However, I tried to swap a coat for bigger size back in November and have not received this item. I have sent 4 emails, all of which have been ignored by the company. It’s the winter months and I’d like to receive this coat soon.
