I ordered a harness sized based on their guidelines and it arrived over three weeks later too small. With the return policy the way it is I will not be able to get a refund and who knows how long the exchange between returning the old product to get a product that does fit. Also claimed to be based out of Delaware yet uses outside sources beyond the US to produce their product. I was very discouraged with this and received no feedback. However, the website claims to have 24 hour customer service care with no situation.

I ordered the raised dog bowls they were $19.89 a piece and I actually found them for $2.00 total disappointment will never give my money to people who hike up the price like that. Shame on them

I ordered the slow feeder bowl and it did not work at all for my frenchie. The problem with this company is that they are located in London and you have to pay for the return shipping. Recommend ordering items for your frenchie from a company in the USA.

It took a long time for my two hoodies to arrive. I’m giving this company two stars instead of one because they at least responded to my emails asking why I hadn’t received my package. I finally received them and was very disappointed in the sizing and the quality. I have elected to keep them because I have had to hassle with companies like this before, and I just don’t have the energy here at Christmas to do it again. Lesson learned.

This stuff comes from China (like everything) but when it's the wrong size, you have to return It to China to get a refund or an exchange. Trying returning something to China. It'll cost you 10 times what to you paid for it to ship it back.
