I bought 4 items in the store, two of them clothes for my frenchie. Sadly I made a mistake with the sizes and when contact the customer service to ask if I can change the items inmediatly they offer chose 2 new items free of charge and support me to chose the right size for each clothes. Im very happy with the service and the support.

Ariel in Customer Services was brilliant. I had ordered harneses size Mediium in the past so ordered a new harness in the same size. However when it arrived it was obvious it was too small, I contacted Customer Services to ask how I could exchange it for a larger size, she offered to send a new one at no cost. Fantastic service for which we are very grateful.
