Ordered a harness February 2020 and still have not received it. Emailed them four times asking where it is and every time I got “ lost in shipping “ finally told them to give me a refund and crickets. This website and the “owner” Annie are a complete scam. Don’t not buy form here.

Frenchie shop is an absolute scam, once I visited the site I was impressed by the look of quality accessories and garments for French Bulldogs, let me stop you there, I waited over a month for the delivery only to receive a load of crappy quality products that were made in China!! I was under the impression that this was an American site, but when I received the goods then went to return them via registered post I discovered that returns were to be forwarded to China, I am still awaiting over 2 months for a refund. My advice, stay well clear!!!

Scam site, they will not ship your items!!! Ordered 8/22/2020 and still have not received anything. Annie is obviously a bot that just replies canned responses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

Oh, the infamous Annie. They're good at looking legit and replying for awhile and keeping you on the hook. By the time I realized they were fraudulent, the dispute timeline with mastercard was almost up. I'm just now working on recovering the $200 they stole (plus interest) as a struggling student. Frenchie World is created by scammers - stay far away from this fraud scheme!!!!

Ordered a frenchie backpack in June. 6 weeks later I emailed where it was; 'Only a few days left'. 2 weeks later I asked where it was; 'They lost it and will send a new one'. Now it's october and still haven't received it. Going through paypal refund to get my money back. don't buy from them.

I would give a 0 if I could. I ordered a frenchie front carrier in June 2020, its not sept 22, 2020 and nothing! 10 emails sent and the response was, please just wait another few days. Don't waste your time or money on them! So many other reputable sites i have found since then.
