I ordered the backpack for my Frenchie but I ordered the wrong size. I contacted the customer service email and Ariel asked for the size measurements for my dog and arranged for a new correct size one to be delivered :)

I am very pleased that the company offered to send a new sized sling for Mo. He loves it and I think it is much more comfortable.

I ordered a harness for my 7mo frenchie. The product arrived in a timely manner, it was high quality, and very durable material. The harness was a little small. Customer service responded to my exchange inquiry in less than 24 hours. I was impressed with their customer service.

Excellent service. Any enquiries replied to very quickly great products and customer service.

Ordered a harness which is to big. Contacted the seller and was offered a smaller replacement at no charge. Good customer service, seems like a good quality product. Just be patient with the shipping, it takes at least two weeks.

I messed up on the size of my frenchies coat, and they replaced it for me. Their customer service is outstanding. I love these guys!

I’m anxiously awaiting my replacement backpack for my frenchie. The customer service team was quick to respond.
