Purchased a dog raincoat as a Christmas present but I ordered the wrong size. They would not exchange it. I responded that I would be stuck with a coat I can't use and they responded with "my pleasure". I will never order from this organisation again. Clearly think they can get away without caring for their customers. (Order number 49722, request number 21307) Despite the concern expressed in the reply below I've still received no hint from Fenchie.shop that they intend to assist. It only enforces my view that the customer is not their first priority.

Absolutely useless. DROP SHIPPING COMPANY Fake dispatch notice. After waiting for delivery and nothing happening I contacted customer service and was told to wait for a few days so a manager could be informed. That's when I realized that the coat was coming from China and not the UK. Really needed it quickly and it took weeks to arrive. Size is completely wrong. I really should have checked the reviews before I purchased. Lesson learned.

Horrible site to deal with, looks great but just another so called business who buy from china and takes about 2 months to get product, then when goes missing promises refund to no avail, make sure if you purchase to do if through PayPal where at least you have recourse, stay clear, find somewhere to purchase direct from china, not American made !!!

Once I tried to buy a product and Revolut rejected my purchase as possible scam! Be careful!!!

Poor customer service!!!!!! I was told if I returned an item, it would be considered a 'one-time courteous return.' Nowhere on the website does it state that I purchase cannot be returned. I donated the item instead of returning it due to a backlash reply. Plus, the comeback insinuated I measured wrong. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to measure three parts on a dog. I have built multiple homes. I'm sure I know how to measure for a sweater etc. Plus, it takes forever to receive items. By then, my pouch has grown.

I had really bad customer service experience with the frenchie shop. I ordered a couple items for my pup when he was 3 months old. Items got delivered when he turned 5 months old. All through this time I was trying to get my refund repeatedly telling them that my pup has already outgrown it and that I no longer want it. Items were sent back to sender sometime in between but they forcefully sent those items back to me again even though I kept saying it is no use with such late delivery. I asked for my refund and they said it is not their return policy to refund in such cases. This is straight up fraud. They just took my money and don't care for customers. I feel harassed.

VERRY BAD SERVICE! I have buy two things, one i want to return.. and if you want to return the package, you have to send it to China. I live in the Nederlands so the cost for send it to China are higher then the package. There is nothing on there website about that.. the adress on there website its in London! Very bad service. If you have another return adres, you have to put that on your website. If i have known that you have to return too China, i have never order something!! Again, BAD SERVICE!!! NEVER ORDER HERE PEOPLE!!!

The Frenchie shop is a scam!! I ordered 4 Cooper waterproof coats in November 2020 for my 4 French bulldog rescues for Christmas presents then as a bonus I ordered a Bling Frenchie keychain, December 10th I received notification of 2 coats being out of stock and was refunded for 2 of the 4 plus keychain. So I waited & waited possible it’s slower because of extra holiday mail, but didn’t get the other 2 coats or keychain, I finally messaged the Frenchie shop to see what happened to my order, first they said my order was lost in shipping, then I received a message saying it was delivered, I sent a message saying it was not received & I want a full refund. They begun to get rude & said how many times do you want to be refunded, I said at least once fully refunded for everything not only half, we gad a few messages back & forth they said it was nail fraud & think they are the ones committing fraud they don’t even know what they sent because it’s directly from China not Canadian except for the scammer website. It’s now May 24, 2021 & I still have not received anything from the Frenchieshop.com they have cool stuff on their site & thats it!! Unsatisfactory all around!! Disappointed in British Columbia!
