Alibaba drop shipper! DO NOT BUY from this shop. Everything on this website is less than $10 from Alibaba and has a ton of QA issues. They won’t accept returns for “used” items when you point out that everything is low quality and had issues. Listen to the other reviews.

I bought an item from this seller and it never gets delivered while their shipment tracking showed delivered. I filed a case with Paypal and Paypal said they review the shipment tracking and refused my case...???(transaction Id 1LB486956L179744P) Before i contacted Paypal, i contacted both the shipping company and the seller the themselves but they blaimed to the shipping company. I even provided screenshot from security camera showing that there is no parcel as well as any sign of delieverer at the time of the item marked as delievered from the shipment tracking. This is either a scam or irresponsible seller that doesn't care about the buyers after you paid. And there is no guarantee for the items you paid that delivered to you. Beware of the seller, I hope that no more people would have the same experience as I did.

This company is a scam. I ordered a back pack carrier for my frenchie. He did not like being put in it. I requested a refund and I was told I had to mail the item back to China. Save yourself the trouble and do not purchase anything from this site.

Ordered coat in November, size as per chart. Far too small, all goods arrive from China even though a UK website used. After lots of complaining finally resolved in February. Customer service worst ever.

Never got my order. They told me to contact post office, the post office said they delievered it and to contact the shipper. Frenchie spot told me its not their problem because its up to the post office. Absolutely terrible. So wasted $90 , never got the package and never got refunded.

I bought a harness/leash set for my french bulldog after measuring him. I ordered a M, and when I received it, the item was so tiny it wouldn't fit over his head... I measured the harness and it was barely the bottom measurement on a size Small. When I reached out to customer service they told me I'd have to pay shipping to return it, which would have been more than I paid for the item itself. Yikes. Would not recommend.

Ordered two coats. Arrived far to small would not fit a newborn pup. They did agree to replace however despite giving them the measurements the replacements arrived again still not made to size Also sent wrong colours. Customer service now ignoring my emails. The coats are not cheap. However the quality is shocking. All made in China take over a month to arrive and material is very poor quality . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IS MY ADVISE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND INFERIOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Call themselves the Frenchie Shop they have clearly no idea. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER 😡😡😡😡😡 Reply from Frenchie Shop. Reply from Frenchie.shop 2 minutes ago Hello Patricia, We are sorry you feel that way. Upon investigation we have already sent a free replacement for you since you have chose a wrong size initially. Here are the tracking numbers for your original order and the free replacement for reference. However replacement were wrong sizes and colours despite you having the exact measurements. Why do you not reply to my email?
