Terrible delivery , sizes wrong. Recommend you guys order from a store based in USA !!

Ordered a backpack to put my boy in, he's 14kg,ordered the right size, arrived very late, and far too small, queried this and was told they were NOT suitable for full sized dogs... He was 13 months old and the bags went up to a lot bigger in size, asked for return and refund, I was refused and was told I could send back and pa postage and have exchange, I said I. Just. Wanted refund as very disappointed,I was refused again, I then said I'd put a review to which I was called.... SAD PERSON!! I have the emails as proof if anyone wants to see what kind of a company this is... US! very rude people, I'm now 40.00 down and left with a bag which may be suitable for a chihuahua!

I order 3 items for a larger size French Bulldog. What I received was only 1 item (tiny, tiny boots) that wouldn't fit the smallest Chihuahua. While I received communication in email right away, the order took more than 2 months to receive. My complaint was not favorably dealt with as they claim that they outsource the purchases to China so there is no getting a refund. I do NOT recommend anyone buy from this company. It's really bad and you'll lose your money.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed my order December 2, 2022 it is now December 26th and no package. When I contact customer support all I am told id it has been shipped sitting in China. NEVER AHAIN!

Ordered two separate orders. Both sweater and hoodie were way off sizing. Went to website and got instructions for return. Returned both items together with the two order numbers included. Received one refund. Now saying I returned to wrong address and nothing they can do. All my emails now come from China. I strongly recommend you not order from this site. There are other reputable sites out there.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY: After giving this company a five star review, in reply, I received this disgusting obscene message: “You were given a free item and you bend over like a dog on heat.” ORIGINAL REVIEW: Outstanding customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! All of the 5 star reviews are fake, notice how they talk about customer service in each one! All items ship from China, the quality is very poor and the sizes are VERY off. My Frenchie couldn’t fit into an XL! And I measured to be sure. When I requested to return the items, they said I have to pay to ship it back to China even though they claimed in the email they have warehouses in USA. I knew I was in trouble when it took months to get the items, and the tracking code never worked.
