I would pick o stars if I could have. I ordered my pug a harness from them on May 3 and it still hasn’t even been shipped. It is now May18. I now I have to spend more money and go out and buy a harness for my dog. He is in the growing puppy stages and cannot wear the old one any longer. If I would’ve known all this crap was coming from China. I would’ve never ordered it. I guess I should’ve looked into things more. Will never go to this website again.

DO NOT BUY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY Size chart is 100% inaccurate and all garments are cheap Chinese imports. They are shocking to deal with and them the garments do not match the size chart they’re now ignoring me.

I am beginning to think this website is a scam. I ordered products a month ago and have not received notification. They have been shipped. I have emailed the company twice and they say they’ll look into it but never get back to me.

I ordered the Frenchie Robot in October for a Christmas gift. I gave it on Christmas. Upon opening the original box and activated the robot, it did not work. Customer Service refused to send another or refund because of their 14 day return policy. I respect the policy, however, I have never heard of a policy like that for Christmas gifts. Just out the money and the toy.

I returned two frenchie rocking chairs in August of this year and still have not received a refund or a response to my inquiry.

Fraud. I wrote a detailed review of how and why but that was deleted, like many other reviews.

Has taken weeks for the item to arrive. I’m told it’s ‘delivered’ to find it really hasn’t been (‘proof of delivery is nothing but a black square - what delivery drivers do when they haven’t actually delivered the item). Contacted customer support and the response was basically ‘it’s been delivered, if it hasn’t you contact Evri’. I didn’t choose Evri (never would), I didn’t order from Evri. Yet the solution to my purchase never being delivered is that I now have to figure out where it has gone and spend hours on the phone to the delivery company trying to find it.

Buyer beware - its a scam. Strongly advise that you do not purchase from this firm which is in fact NOT based in the US as advertised. What a con!
