I received boots that I ordered for my frenchie Nakoa. Unfortunately they did not fit. I contacted customer service and Sherif was quick to offer a replacement for me. Sherif was also very courteous, generous, and apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience. Sherif also kept me informed of the tracking information for the new boots in the right size. I will definitely order from them again.

Would definitely recommend this store to all…😊 Very good selection of different products for French bulldogs which are not that easy to shop for. Good quality and right fit.
