Not at all happy with what i got! Total scam! In the photos on their website it seems the dog beds are fluffy but sturdy and comfy for supporting a frenchie but NOT AT ALL! The bed is just like any other bad bed very low and flat. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

In Maart een bestelling gedaan met onmiddellijke betaling. Na 60 dagen nog niets ontvangen. Hun antwoord is dat de bestelling afgeleverd is geweest. Klopt niet! Zeker geen aanrader.

Ordered a harness. Had no idea it would be shipped from China or would not have purchased. When the product finally arrived, it was poor quality. The straps would not stay tight and basically the harness would fall off as my dog walked. Getting the runaround for a refund or an exchange. Will not purchase anything from this site again.

Buyer beware. If you want to return something, good luck! I ordered the rocking dog bed. I had no clue it was being shipped from China until I tracked the package. I emailed customer service twice before they replied back to me. They said it will be 6-8 more days before I will receive it. I told them I wanted to cancel my order since it was taking way too long. Magically the package appeared on my door steps the very next day. The bed didn't come with instructions, so I had to google it. The bed is basically an infant seat like I used for my kids back in the 80's, only this was very cheaply made. The website says it can hold a dog up to 35 lbs. NOT TRUE AT ALL. Maybe 5-8 lbs. I tried to return it, but shipping back to China cost more than the price of the bed. So I'm stuck with a cheap no good bed that my dog can't use. The idea is cute. But don't waste your money.

Terrible experience do not recommend. Bought a backpack for my French bulldog.on the third use the zip split and my dog nearly fell out and would have if my friend hadn’t been standing behind me. I paid a lot of money for the bag, but this company is refusing to fix or refund the bag because it happened 3 weeks after I bought it and they told me they only back their products for 2 weeks. These backpacks are extremely dangerous AVOID THIS COMPANY they do not stand behind their products.

Terrible customer service! I ordered a frenchie backpack and fits my frenchie fine but does not fit us!! Straps are way too small when fully extended, so unless you are short and 100lbs I would not recommend. Even when I sent pictures. They still are sending me frenchie measurement guides and not willing to refund only willing to send me another one which also won’t fit!!! Will not order from them again or recommend!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Their return policy clearly states if you are not happy for ANY reason you have 14 days for a return. I asked for an exchange and they said no sorry you ordered the wrong size. So I asked for a return and they said no. What? What does if you are unhappy for any reason you have 14 days to return I contacted them within 2 days of receiving! Scam scam scam!!!!

Items received were way too small and not quality items at all. I was told I had to return them to China at my expense to get a refund. Terrible company. Do not order from them!
