I ordered a harness to help me bring my pug up and downstairs. Weeks later, it still has not arrived. When I asked Customer Service about it, they told me that their website states that it will take 18 to 25 BUSINESS DAYS for a product to arrive. The tracking shows it stalled in Miami (which is 40 miles from where I live) for the past eleven days. At this point, I think this company is a scam.

Poor costumers service shipping took forever and they sent me the wrong size when I reached costumers service they responds in weeks and told that is passed 14days window when I clearly emailed them a day after receiving the item very rude found cheaper and better quality here in the us

Lost products no one would help me. Finally after a month got help and received products. Wasted 200 dollars the quality of the items were horrible had to throw away.

Ein Teil der Lieferung kam nicht an. Der Hoodie mit Bild und Name des Hundes hatte keine Sendeverfolgung, kam nach 3 Wochen und der Name ist falsch, d. h. Nicht zu gebrauchen. Auch die Größenangabe stimmt nicht. Keine Reaktion auf meine Mails. 100 € weg. Der ganze Kram wurde in China losgeschickt. Der Versand kommt also nicht wie angegeben aus den Staaten.

I made an order for a CarryPaw Frenchie but the size was associated to weight and not to measure. The product arrived after some time from China. Of course not fitting my Frenchie. Ask for return within time, they offered to send a new item and I could take the wrong item (what can I do with that?) and not in line with eco-sustainability. In this e-mail there was not indicated to remain within return terms to point out the new size. I replied by asking few info to be sure of the size but I was said, now we overpassed the return terms. After complaining they still just said they can’t do anything. 100 dollars throw away. Never again.

I was excited to order for my new frenchie. What I didn’t know is that it’s China owned. The time it took to arrive it was to late and I repurchased everything from somewhere else because it was needed then not a few weeks later. The quality of the carry bag that I ordered was more like a linen and the weight capacity my dog is 13 pounds and the strap lets loose and will not hold the dog safely. Weight capacity advertises I believe up to 25 pounds. The washable diaper they are not diapers. It’s simply a thin cloth that they can pee or bleed through if in heat. There is no padding nothing so I don’t know what that was all about. Don’t buy them! That’s false advertising. The diapers I didn’t even bother to open because I already had to buy new diapers. The return policy you have to pay for your own returns to deter buyers, knowing it has to go back to China and will take weeks to get your money back which is bullshit that we have to pay. This is exactly why I don’t buy from China so unless you want a cheap product or to take a chance on cheap products with long delivery then this would be your place. Extremely disappointed I’ll put the stuff in my garage sale. I refuse to pay China for a return and will never order from there again. Absolutely poor for business and pissed off that companies like this even exist in America. Eventually they will run out of people to buy their products.
