This company deletes comments on social media from customers who have had issues with their orders including non-delivery, incorrect order and lack of customer service communication. There is no way to communicate with them and they stonewall you. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION as it has all the hallmarks of a scam Edit: the company reply below is the standard AI generated reply. They consistently ignore you until shipping and then claim there is nothing they can do when - this is a classic scam. ALSO - company claims to be USA but shipment comes from CHINA. Product clearly not made in USA but cheap overseas manufacturing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Most of the money for this company seems to have gone to marketing and not nearly enough for customer service or getting the product out in a reasonable time. All my items were in stock, it has been multiple weeks without movement or progress since ordering. I emailed asking for an update and never received a response.

When ordering, my Apple Pay listed an incorrect shipping address. I reached out to the customer team multiple times with no response. Have asked to cancel the order, and instead was met with a “your order is now processing” email. I reached out immediately after purchase, as I caught the mistake. I rarely leave negative reviews, but poor customer communication is one thing I can’t stand by. *Update* They did not respond until I told them I was going to dispute the purchase, they then said they could not stop the shipment as they had just sent it out of their facility. I called FedEx and they stated that the seller had the full ability to cancel the shipment before it leaves their facility, despite Free The Sheep saying otherwise. Scammy business. Do not recommend them. FedEx has informed me that the sender can call them and cancel the shipment, but Free The Sheep refuses. Says I have to just eat the loss on this purchase.

Always have solid quality products

My second purchase from Free the Sheep. Looking like ill be making a third soon as my dad tried out my blanket/hoodie and loved it and wants one for christmas.
