Ordered on October 3, and my items were listed as in stock. It’s now been over two weeks with no shipping update and no response to my emails or Instagram messages, aside from automated emails. What’s even more concerning is seeing so many other customers reporting similar experiences. I genuinely want to support this company, but the lack of communication makes it difficult to feel confident in my purchase. I’m now questioning whether I should dispute the charge.
