What this site is doing should be criminal, I have played on so many sites. Won and lost. Deposited and redeemed on the majority of the, So when a site is this bad it really stands out. If you want to redeem to bank check and double check their terms. Bank statements never show full account numbers. And these clowns require it. So requiring something they know 99.9% of the players will not be able to obtain is a heck of a scam. DONT PLAY HERE. There is a reason they have 2.4 stars and my guess soon they will be on the list of closed sites. Owen Mason tried to help but he was the only bright spot of this junk social casino

Believe me, this is the worst app ever. The customer service is so rude and unhelpful. Nothing about this casino feels fair or professional. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I started off liking this online casino. It seemed 100% legit. My sister never stirs me wrong when giving advice on how shady these online games end up in the end. I've never waited for redemption more than 2-3 days. The fact it's been since the 21st is truly alarming. I'm already preparing myself for more b.s. that will probably come with redemption. It's these disloyal casinos that make it hard for the loyal ones. Do better or get out the way. Money is the root of all evil. But it can also be a blessing to most of us that truly needs it.

No no their policy terms and conditions for their free spin awards, are alarming. I did not read them however I know them now first hand. It's not free it comes at a cost. If you win 10 free spins. While playing those 10 free spins you get into more free spins. You rack up a decent amount of money. You're only going to get the conversion amount which is $1 or $2 whatever their terms and conditions state are attached to those free spins. Even if you bring this to their attention they make sure to shove their policy in your face. I've only ever had one other casino do this CC and I no longer play there either. So if you get into free spins or you hit the jackpot, you're only going to win a dollar or two. So play at your own risk cuz nothing on that page seems legit to me.. I no longer play there. If this is there off the ground running start. You just know it's going to end badly. I won 12 SC during my free spins I was only awarded $1. There is absolutely no way that is fair play to me.

So far my experience on here has been good. They had a couple good welcome packages and offer free sc with a good variety of games. I believe they are Casino Click's sister site as they have the same layout.

Okay so I submitted my kyc stuff because of course I got $100 I want to cash out I've never in my life really had any kind of problems with my kyc .. I doubt I'll have any kind of problems here but at this moment being that this was like 4 days ago I think the 7th I don't know it's been so long and it still says in process and I would like to see I'm I mean it's almost like one of those things where I get so frustrated that I'm going to go and look up all the casinos I play at which is a lot I do enjoy this but I'm almost certain that this casino right here has the longest processing time on kyc I'm not kidding it's almost like I'm not even going to go into all the anger that I'm feeling at this moment just because I think this is absolutely ridiculous why because it doesn't take that long I don't care what your terms and sees say I feel like this is intentional so I'm a bit disappointed already even though I'm looking to cash out a hundred bucks if they'll ever finish my kyc but then once they finish it because this is taken so long and I just I'm already at the point where it's just like this is no longer enjoyable I almost so hard not to say almost bet they're going to be like sorry you can't cash out a hundred bucks here for whatever f****** reason they're going to make up that's what I feel about it right now and so depending on if I get to cash this $100 out and depending on if they ever process my kyc I don't know if I want to play here again I'm not going to lie I hope I hope the goodness that by Monday I'm just like oh hey y'all you know what I just kind of jump the gun my bad got a little impatient because Monday morning boom there it is in the bank but that's so much in my brain now that that's wishful thinking and I've almost already built up a doubt in this casino so I play it so many of these that it's hard to keep up the daily part and work and stuff like that so it's not hard anymore once I go through so many days of something and frustration to go not coming back so there's the good in that. I really would like to say hey show me what you got and then they impress me but so far not impressed not here So I'm just updating not to say anything has occurred as far as money-wise they did approve my kyc all of that looks good and now I'm still waiting for the redemption so it is now 10 days past and I am still not happy with him in fact I'm worse I really thought that once I got my kyc done cuz that took darn there forever yeah I figured it wouldn't be that much longer before my redemption was processed but nope nope not at all that is not at all what has occurred I'm still waiting and needless to say this has been the worst experience ever because of the time frame I've never had one single casino that has taken this amount of time from kyc all the way to redemption completion never never never in fact this casino has the longest kyc verification process that I have ever encountered ever and I've been to so many. I'll update when I finally get my redemption I don't know if I'll change my review I thought I was at first if I could just get something to be like finally it's done but it just it's just ongoing and when you ask customer service you know how long how much longer how much longer and they never give you the accurate time frame because now that I'm on you know 3 days post kyc verification approval it's like oh it can take three business days and then it's going to take 5 to 10 more business days and I'm just like you know what forget it I'll just forget that it exists for now and I'll check in in a month because that's how much faith I have in this place don't go here it's so irritating it's not worth it Just going to go on an update now that it's the 19th... Still no redemption still shows pending request and every time I talk to customer service they tell me that it's the next day the next day the next day and that they're going to forward my stuff to the right people and that they'll be getting back in touch with me I don't believe that they're ever going to pay the redemption at all I think that's just made up now at this point I don't know they could prove me wrong I would sure update this freaking Post finally because this has been the worst absolute experience ever Updating again .. as they told me at chat help yesterday that they would forward my redemption issue to the right people and that the next day it would be processed so here we are the next day yet again and guess what still not processed so I am not surprised in fact now they cut me off on the chat help desk and they also blocked me on Facebook and Twitter so I can't ask questions or I make comments on that because I'm sorry don't lie to people that's as simple as it gets but that's what they're doing because now I call the number that's on the website and she told me oh she's going to forward the thing to the people again and apparently that's supposed to help

Cant get verified, can't make a purchase, can't redeem. The account lets me play, sort of but really doesn't allow for active play. No real chance here. Now they have blocked me after winning. Says I am playing from an unsupported country. BS. They unlocked my account but is still a joke. Okay it is now the 11th and the status of my account has not changed cant purchase, cant redeem. The staff says the same thing every time I reach out. It sums up to they don't pay out! It is now the 17th and still getting same tired response they are working on it. Do not deposit here they dont pay out!! Finally got verified it took 3 weeks!
