I have sent in all my documents and my bank statement still hasn’t been processed this site is horrible it takes way to long to process anything I should be able to get my money out quicker then what it’s taking I guess I’ll just have to play it back since it looks like I won’t be able to get my money

Great casino but the payout has taken extremely long,I play other casinos where my redemptions are in maybe 2-3 day max.i won ($100) on 10/11 but had to verify myself (which is a whole other story) my $100 redemption was approved on the 10-19 and here we are 10/25... I did email them asking them how long would it take and was told no later than 10/26!!! WOWWW IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY. Not sure if everyone who wins has to wait this long but if this is how long the wait is for your redemption, I think I'll pass on this one.

My experience with Free Spin has been extremely disappointing. The slot gameplay feels incredibly one-sided, with virtually no return to player from what I’ve experienced. I understand that gambling involves risk and that winning is never guaranteed, but there is a difference between accepting normal losses and feeling like the games offer almost no opportunity to win. The slots seem to drain your balance incredibly quickly, with very few meaningful wins or bonuses to keep the gameplay enjoyable. It honestly makes me question how fair the games are and whether the advertised return-to-player percentages reflect the actual player experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering depositing money here. Based on my experience, the gameplay has been frustrating, unrewarding, and simply not worth the money. One star. I hit a huge jackpot and was going to cash out $15,000. The next day after the jackpot I went into the account but couldn’t because the password got changed. I fixed the password and got back into my account and the money was drained and gone. I contacted customer support immediately and got told that they wouldn’t refund me. I have no filed a police report and got an attorney to look into it. I have continued messaging there customer support and I keep getting the same automated messages even after asking to speak with management. DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE CASINO YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

They are not honest. I was told by an agent that if I spent my remaining SC that I would be eligible for more SC that he could load my account with. Spent my remaining SC to find out he misspoke and and he meant he could just CHECK my eligibility so I spent my remaining SC for no reason. I feel cheated. This is after spending $1.2k in this game that day alone.
