Im still waiting on my redemption. They're relatively slow compared to other casinos. I had to send my info twice and keep on them. They say it's otw now. I will update and add another star if it lands soon. My bank does it in one business day, so it should be by tomorrow. I don't really like the game selection but I'm going to look further. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place. Customer service was very nice though !!! I ll update tomorrow.

I have been waiting for over five days now for a redemption. This is insane. This will keep giving you the runaround basically saying it’s been sent to the relevant team. Will not let me speak to the relevant team, but they won’t let you. I will never deposit any money into this casino, knowing that I will never get my money! Update: got a phone call from “scam likely” and still nothing has came from this. They are not paying me my redemption. It’s that simple. It doesn’t take over 10 business days to “verify” a redemption, let alone submit it to be wired. It’s looking more and more like I’ll never see my money. Update #2: Tuesday early morning I received a confirmation via email it was coming to my account but was skeptical because the transaction was no longer visible through the website. Received my money late Tuesday night even though they said it could take up to 5 business days (my bank doesn’t take long). Customer service offered me $5 of play to change my review and I can’t lie, they did pay me. Asked for redemption on September 11th, got redemption late September 22nd.
