The kyc takes forever
The kyc takes forever, a lot of back and forth. You give them all of the required documents and they ask for more just to extend the process probably in hopes you will gamble away your winnings. This took 10+ days, then the email I just received said I can expect payment in 5-10 business days lol. Will update if payment comes sooner.

KYC Verification/redemption process is a nightmare
Was told that KYC verification would take 3 business days..it's been over a week and now customer service is saying they can't provide me with a time frame. I have almost $200 I can't redeem. Who knows how long it will take AFTER KYC verification for my money to deposit to my account. I use multiple different online social casinos and not one has taken more than 48 hours to verify KYC and not more than 3 days to receive my winnings to my bank account. If I EVER get verified and receive my winnings I'll change my review to 5 stars because I did like the game play and referral program. But won't be referring anyone else til this is rectified either I've referred 10+ people already.

This site is a complete scam, they will limit your free spin wins, as well as any redemptions made with free sc of any kind. Don't waist your time🙌 there are hundreds of other sweepstakes sites that aren't greedy scams.
As a response to freespins: limiting free wins and free plays is not standard practice across sweepstakes casinos thats a blatant lie and it absolutely does not in any way ensure fair and sustainable play for all players. Its simply a way for scetchy sites to protect them selves from "loosing" money or rather prevent them from having to pay money people won fair and square.
