I purchased a step through Freesky electric bike. I'm blown away at how it performs. Fast and easy to operate. It shipped immediately and the customer service t8thhat I was provided made me feel confident about my purchase. I highly recommend Freesky electric bikes.

I knew of one thing that was certain above all else, I had a deep and adamant refusal to spend 2 thousand dollars on some run-of-the-mill, Mickey Mouse, ebike that I would look awkward riding at 6'2, that I would bore from and grow tired of by the end of the second day that I spent riding it, or that I wouldn't be safe on, un able to keep up with traffic. I got everything I wanted and then some with the FREESKY WARRIOR. The one thing that you're not going to get with any other bike, is Leo. If you have any questions, concerns, a part that needs replaced or you need to know how to replace one, Leo is always an email away. He'll even set up a video call to make sure that you have hands on help with an installation process. I don't think you could possibly ask for any more from a customer service representative, or from a company's warranty policy. I highly recommend Both FREESKY and the WARRIOR M3O. ☆☆☆☆☆

I love my FREESKY Alaska Pro. It’s my 3rd e-bike, and by far my favorite yet. It’s very fast, and handles beautifully. The features are great, and I’m really impressed with its performance. Assembly was straight forward, and while doing it alone was honestly not too challenging, having just a quick assist would probably be helpful mounting the front tire, as it’s a heavy bike. The weightiness is actually a good thing when you’re traveling at the high speeds! I think a lighter bike would be very squirrelly and hard to control at nearly 40mph. My customer service experience has been top-notch, and Horlan has been my go-to guy from the start, and like my personal representative. Answering any questions I might have and making sure I have access I need for product and service information, he’s always prompt in replying when I reach out, and even reached back to me once from home on a weekend! I plan to have my Alaska Pro for years to come, but already plan to add another FREESKY bike to my stable.

I love my bike !!!!!!! ITS fast and reliable and on top of that the customer service is greattt !!! I recommend !!!

One of the best purchases i have ever made, fantastic engineering, well built and easy to maintain. Every time i go out on my e-bike it puts a smile on my face as the enjoyment and fun i get from riding it ales the company motto so true “go anywhere”. As for the maintainance side of the bike. The bikes are so straight forward and easy to work on, that, whatever it is you want to do, you only have to look on YouTube or send an email asking for a video, and you will be sent a step by step guide on how to. And finally, any problems in your first 18months and you are covered by warranty, therefore if you are thinking of buying a freesky e-bike, buy it from the freesky website itself, this is what i done and i really can’t fault them at all, in all, and everything they have done for me. They truly are a fantastic product and a fantastic company to buy from….

Just bought a M540 and i have to say build quality and performance is excellent. Delivery within 2 working days and well packaged and presented. Only observation is instructions could be better but otherwise top marks
